1. What the service does

You give us a website URL and configuration for an Android app shell (icon, theme, splash screen, offline page, Firebase project). We build a signed APK/AAB through a GitHub Actions workflow connected to your repository and keystore, and give you an admin area to manage builds and send push notifications to devices your app registered.

We host and build the app. We do not host your website, and the app renders your site directly - so the content your users see is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.

2. Your account

• You must give a working email address; verification links and build results go there.
• Keep your password and any GitHub token you store with us secret. A build can be triggered by anything holding that token.
• You are responsible for everything built or sent from your account, including by your team members.
• One account per person or business. Sharing an account to dodge plan limits may get builds paused.

3. What you may not do

• Publish apps that break the law in your country, or Google Play's developer policies - packaged malware, gambling without a licence, impersonation, copyrighted streams, adult content in an app that claims otherwise.
• Use push notifications for unsolicited bulk messaging, scams or phishing.
• Probe, overload or reverse-engineer the builder beyond using it normally, or try to reach another tenant's build payload.
• Resell raw build access as your own builder without a written agreement.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

• Free: 5 builds and 1 notifications per day. Pro: 50 / 10. Agency: unlimited builds.
• Limits reset on a daily counter, so a "5 builds per day" plan means five more the next day, not five per week.
• Paid plans renew until you cancel. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• If a build fails because of our pipeline (not your site or your config) and we cannot fix it, we extend or refund that month.
• Prices include [Your local tax/VAT registration, if you charge outside India] where applicable.

5. Your content and your keys

Your website, app name, icons, keystore and Firebase project stay yours. You give us a Firebase service-account JSON so we can send notifications; we store it encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypt it only when sending or when a build payload needs it. If you rotate your ENCRYPTION_KEY or delete the account, that data becomes unreadable - that is the point.

Keep your own copy of the keystore. Signed releases require the same key, and if it is lost Google cannot recover it for either of us.

6. Availability and changes

• We aim for continuous availability but the build queue depends on GitHub Actions, which is a third party with its own outages and minute quotas.
• We may change features and pricing; material changes to a paid plan get at least 30 days' notice by email.
• If we shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can take your keystore, sources and artifacts elsewhere.

7. Suspension

We can pause an account that clearly breaks section 3, that gets repeated abuse reports, or that puts the platform's own standing (Play Store, Firebase, GitHub) at risk. Where it isn't blatant, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Paused accounts keep their data.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that an app will be accepted by Google Play - review is their decision. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or for your users' data. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

9. Ending your account

Delete your account from Settings at any time; it removes your apps, builds, notifications and device tokens immediately, and the deletion is irreversible. Apps your users already installed keep working against your own website and Firebase project.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of [city, e.g. Kochi, Kerala] have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
